4th Conference for student research

Together with students, PerLe – Projekt erfolgreiches Lehren und Lernen (project for successful teaching and learning) of Kiel University is organizing the 4th Conference for Student Research this year, on September 26th and 27th 2019.

The conference offers students from all over Germany a platform to enter into a cross-disciplinary dialogue with each other and to exchange information on the manifold topics, methods, strategies or experiences from research and teaching.

The motto of this year's conference ist „Communicating research, evolving teaching, co-creating society“.

Students are actively participating in shaping the conference and its program

Students from all disciplines and all study programmes (except PhDs) have submitted abstracts for lectures, posters, workshops and dialogue rounds or artistic-creative, audiovisual or performative presentations.

The conference offers the opportunity to present both research and teaching projects and students will, for instance, present teaching and learning methods they use in their own teaching activities of their tutorials, labs or workshops. Alternatively, they will illustrate research questions, methods or their whole research projects and discuss them with other interested people. Lastly, teaching, research or project activities that focus on the exchange between academia and society will be presented as well. The conference language is German. However, some presentations will be in English.

Participants whose contribution is accepted (max. two persons per contribution) will receive a grant travel allowance. Students may also participate in the conference without presenting. Detailed information about the grant travel allowance (in German) here

The registration for the conferece is now closed.

Please find here the overview of the programme (in German only).
